Ape Law’s Albino Lullaby was one of the first games to release for the Oculus Rift and HTC Vive. The first installment in a psychological horror series, it aimed to scare players not with loud bangs and monster closets, but instead a genuine sense of the unpredictable.
A year and a half on, we finally know when the next episode will arrive.
Alice’s Lullaby – Albino Lullaby Episode 2 arrives on March 22nd on the Oculus Rift and HTC Vive. Below is over seven minutes of gameplay from the upcoming installment, which promises more first-person chills and an atmosphere not too dissimilar to the warped world of Rapture seen in the BioShock series.
From the looks of it, gameplay is still controller-based. A press release mentions a PlayStation VR (PSVR) version, though it’s not clear if this will release around the same time as the Rift and Vive editions, nor if the first episode will be launching on Sony’s headset anytime soon. The release also notes players will be able to bend time and space with new mechanics in this episode.
