Facebook announced today that as part of The Game Awards, Asgard’s Wrath comes free with a purchase of an Oculus Rift S for a limited time.

The tweet reads “Asgard’s Wrath is free when you buy Oculus Rift S for a limited time. Get both today and rise as a god in what UploadVR called, “VR’s best and most ambitious game yet.” #TheGameAwards “
The new trailer even includes a quote from UploadVR’s own, David Jagneaux, from his review, where he called the game “VR’s best and most ambitious game yet.” If you missed it, you can read David’s review here and watch his video review as well.
The promotional bundle is only available for a very short time – until the 15th of December, so just a couple of days. If you want in on this bundle, you’re going have to get in quick, unlike the Oculus Quest and Vader Immortal bundle. That bundle lasts until the end of January, quite a bit longer.
We also just nominated Asgard’s Wrath for our own Best of VR 2019 awards, because “unless you just outright hate RPGs or action-adventure games, this is absolutely a must-play VR game that should be experienced to fully appreciate.”
We’re revealing a new nominee for our Best of VR in 2019 each weekday for the next two weeks – so far, Ghost Giant, Gorn, and Pistol Whip have all been nominated alongside Asgard’s Wrath.
