One big release saves the day this week; there’s only two releases all-told but Apex Construct is the one many of us have been waiting for.

Apex Construct, from Fast Travel Games
Price: $29.99
This is this week’s biggest release by far. Apex Construct is a full VR adventure in which players take a bow in hand and explore an expansive world in which humanity has vanished and only a war between two AI constructs remains. With around five hours of gameplay and a full story, Apex Construct is well worth checking out, though it’s not without its issues.

Price: $29.99
An endless runner with a familiar theme. Journey through Oz like never before, traveling to the Emerald City, Wicked Witch’s castle, and beyond as you dodge obstacles and maybe (just maybe) dance to the electro-swing soundtrack. Maybe not the most amazing use of VR but a strange enough idea to raise an eyebrow.
