Welcome to the Daily Sketch! We’ve teamed up with Sketchfab and expert VR artist Elizabeth Edwards to produce one new piece of 3D art per weekday throughout April you can view with your VR kit.

There’s one thing VR needs most in the world if it’s to finally break into the mainstream. It’s not price cuts, 4K screens, or better PCs. It’s actually dogs. Dogs make everything better, so if you combine dogs and VR, then it’ll be good enough for everyone, right? Okay, well maybe not, but you should still check out UploadVR’s Corgis & VR event in San Francisco on April 20th because, you know, ‘awwwwwwww’.
We’ll have a load of games to try at the event, including Superhot, Audioshield and Tilt Brush but, more importantly, you have to bring your Corgi if you want free entry. It’s not a Corgis and VR event without Corgis, you see. In case you didn’t know what a Corgi looks like, Edwards has made a perfect example for you.
