High Voltage Software and Oculus Studios’ Dragon Front is still going strong, with yet more new content arriving this week.
The collectible virtual card game, which is available on both the Oculus Rift and Gear VR, just got more than 65 new cards with the arrival of its latest faction, Aegis. This faction consists of angelic beings long thought forgotten but now returned to do battle.
In terms of play style, the Aegis faction focuses on evolving units that become more powerful and avoiding spells. Their inclusion brings the number of factions in the game to eight. Over on Reddit, High Voltage confirmed that more updates were on the way for the game, though this would likely be the last in a while.
Back in September, we reported that Dragon Front was also on its way to a non-VR platform, Facebook’s Gameroom, where players will be able to find matches with those still inside a headset.
