E3 2018: Squanch Announces Trover Saves The Universe For PSVR

Accounting developer Squanch Games is bringing on its next VR game, Trover Saves The Universe.

This new title was announced during Sony’s E3 2018 conference today. It looks like it will support both PS4 and the PSVR headset. A brief trailer showed what looked like third-person platforming, mixed with the typically eccentric humor Squanch established in its VR debut. Troversavestheuniverse.com introduces the game with “Wonderful. Your dogs have been dognapped by a beaked lunatic who stuffed them into his eye holes and is using their life essence to destroy the Universe. Does that make sense?”

Squanch is headed up by Justin Roiland of Ricky and Morty fame, which explains the tone.

No release date just yet, though it sounds like a PS4 exclusive.
