Viral is one of the few VR franchises to work its way around the headset food chain pretty steadily. Having started out on Gear VR, the series came to the Oculus Rift around the time the shiny new Touch controllers arrived. Now it’s set for Steam, too.
Viral Ex is coming to the HTC Vive on July 10th. You work your way through a computer system eliminating viruses that manifest themselves as tiny little minions. With limited ammo you take them out one at a time. One of the joys of the game is watching enemies veer off when they’re hit. If you like to shoot things (and chances are you probably do), it’s worth a look.
