The surprise reveal of Mario Kart Arcade GP VR last month was so unexpected it actually ended up being one of the biggest VR stories of E3 2017 without actually being there. Finally, we’ve got some real footage of the game in action.
Previously we only saw fleeting glimpses of this arcade title, which is currently running in Tokyo, Japan on an HTC Vive. Now we’ve got 29 more precious seconds of footage, and it looks like a whole lot of fun. This clip surfaced online yesterday and is lacking in the sound effects department, but it’s hard to deny that it looks absolutely stunning. We’d love to try it out for ourselves, but sadly there’s no news on a western showing just yet.
