Iconic VR Photos through Google's Deep Dream Algorithm

In the month of June 2015, a portal into the ‘mind’ of an artificial neural network opened up allowing for people on the internet to get a glimpse inside. Research engineers at Google published a blog post called “Inceptionism: Going Deeper into Neural Networks” on the 17th showing a visualization tool created by the team in an effort to understand how the computer system works. Then, a segment of Python code was uploaded causing the web to run rampant with psychedelic images across the globe. Now, we feed the program several iconic virtual reality images – just to see what comes out.
