Not much to look at this week, but there are a few things to look forward to not far off. We’ve got a dungeon crawler from the makers of Windlands, another giant bird flying game, and the glorious art of pinball, among others.

O! My Genesis VR: Planet Dagoh, from XPEC Entertainment
Price: $2.99 (New Level DLC for Existing Game)
When we went hands-on with the game previously this month we called it one of VR’s best God games and its charm is shining through. We wrote that it “offers a glimpse of a potentially brilliant god game for PS VR.” This new level adds even more to the experience.
Recommendation: Get it. A great game is getting better.
How We Soar, from Penny Black Studios
Price: $19.99
Half the price of Eagle Flight, for approximately half the content. In How We Soar, You’ll fly around a picture-book style city, exploring, and uncovering its mysteries. This one is a single-player only phoenix-flying affair.
Recommendation: If you loved flying in Eagle Flight but didn’t care for multiplayer, this could be worth a look.
Crystal Rift, from Psytec Games
Price: $12.99
If you were ever a fan of old-school dungeon crawler RPGs like Might & Magic, Wizardry, or more recently, the Legends of Grimrock series, then this is a game for you. Crystal Rift is all turn-based and grid-based, so it’s not quite Elder Scrolls VR, but the visuals are nice and there’s plenty of content to get through.
Recommendation: It’s a very old-school style game adapted to VR, but it’s great fun for fans of the genre.
Pinball FX2 VR, from Zen Studios
Price: $14.99
It’s pinball, but in VR. Lots of great themed tables, like The Walking Dead, can be downloaded as DLC, and plenty of spectacular effects. We’ve interviewed the devs about it extensively and recently published our review. Lots of great content here.
Recommendation: For fans of the classic hobby that predates video games themselves, this is a must-buy.
