TPCast’s wireless upgrade kit for the HTC Vive is expected to make its way to the west very soon, but it’s already shipping in China. This new trailer to accompany the platform’s launch is very excited to tell you why that’s a big deal.
The video starts off rather dramatically, implying that a Vive user has become twisted in the wires that connect the headset to the PC, making him fall over (though I’d be more worried about the PC). By introducing the TPCast kit, though, everyone’s lives become much better; no more Empire Strikes Back-style tripping up and, apparently, you’ll be much better at Space Pirate Trainer.
A price for the upgrade kit for when it launches in the west has not yet been revealed.
