Easily the biggest surprise for PlayStation VR (PSVR) fans at Sony’s E3 conference today was the reveal of Skyrim VR, and we won’t have to wait too long to play it.
Developer Bethesda just posted the below trailer for the port of the classic role-playing game and, inside, it confirms that it’s due for release in November 2017. It also only lists PSVR for release right now, though the term ‘exclusive’ hasn’t been used yet so it’s highly possible we at least see it on the HTC Vive at some point.
Better yet, the game will include all three Skyrim add-ons in Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn. That’s a lot of content for PSVR players; dare we say the biggest VR game yet?
Elsewhere’ Bethesda-owned id Software is bringing Doom VFR to PSVR later this year too. It’s a good time to own a headset.
