Steam And Oculus Autumn Sales Live With Deep Discounts On PC VR Games

‘Tis the season of sales, and along with bunch of significant Black Friday deals on VR products, the discounts don’t seem to be slowing anytime soon.

Both Oculus and Steam announced their Autumn/Thanksgiving software sales, with deep discounts on PC VR games on both platforms.

Oculus announced their ‘Thanksgiving Collection‘, which is a bundle of five Rift games – The Climb, Arizona Sunshine, Elite Dangerous: Commander Deluxe Edition, Defector, and Racket: Nx. Altogether, the games would cost nearly $200, but the bundle gets it right down to just $84.99, until 9pm PT on November 28th. The bundle will adjust if you already own some of the games, so there’s still reason to check it out even if you own a couple of the titles.

Meanwhile, the Steam Autumn sale doesn’t have bundles like Oculus but does includes a bunch of discounts on many popular PC VR games. Of particular note is Arizona Sunshine (one of the games in the Oculus Thanksgiving Collection), which is available at $13.59, discounted 66% from $39.99.

It’s also worth nothing the ever-popular Skyrim VR is available at a whopping 70 percent discount, down to $17.99 from $59.99.

This is really only just scraping the surface – there are so many VR games on sale, and you can view the full Steam list here. The Steam Sale runs until 10am PST on December 3.
