Well here’s something we weren’t expecting… it looks like a sequel to Oculus Rift exclusive Lucky’s Tale is coming to Microsoft’s new Xbox One X. Developer Playful today announced Super Lucky’s Tale at the Microsoft E3 conference today.
A lengthy trailer, seen below, introduced the game with plenty of in-game footage. A PC version of the game is also on the way.
An official description read: “Xbox One console exclusive. “Super Lucky’s Tale” is a playground platformer for all ages. Join Lucky, the ever-optimistic, energetic, and lovable hero on his quest to find his inner strength and help his beloved sister rescue the Book of Ages from Jinx. Jinx, the scheming and mysterious villain, is trying to reshape the world…but for what reason?”
So no PS4 version, then.
Super Lucky’s Tale is due for release this year. Xbox One X releases on November 7th. No details on VR support have been mentioned just yet.
This is a developing story…
