Tiny Archers, a VR fantasy tower defense game that supports a hardware smart bow, received its full release on Quest, Pico and PC VR.
Previously available on Quest App Lab in early access, Tiny Archers from 1DER Entertainment pits you against various goblins and orcs as you defend the Northern Kingdom across a 24-day onslaught. Now entering full release, the studio informed UploadVR that this is "the beginning of a long journey," and it plans to share its upcoming post-launch roadmap soon.
As seen in the UploadVR Winter 2023 Showcase, Tiny Archers also supports the 52-inch Wonder Fitter Artemis smart bow peripheral, and the official website states Artemis connects using a mobile companion app.
Support is currently exclusive to Quest, though the Pico edition will receive Artemis support and that's expected "this fall." The studio also confirmed that next month's update will include "more comfort features and settings to the Artemis mode."
Tiny Archers is available now for $20 on Quest, Pico, Rift, and Steam. 1DER Entertainment previously confirmed an Apple Vision Pro port will follow "slightly later" with support for Artemis.
