Following recent alpha tests, multiplayer team shooter Vail is now available on Quest App Lab.
Released last year in Steam Early Access, we've known for several months that Vail VR was coming to the Meta Quest platform. Launched yesterday through Quest App Lab, developer AEXLAB also confirmed the competitive 5v5 tactical shooter supports cross-platform multiplayer with PC VR. You can watch Quest 3 gameplay below:
The news follows open alpha tests during the summer, and AEXLAB previously showcased Quest 2 gameplay during this year's UploadVR Summer Showcase. However, there's no confirmed date yet for Vail VR's full release. A Steam FAQ only states "the game will be ready for full release once the community says it is." Come full release, AEXLAB plans to add more to its "core" gameplay features including new maps, weapons, additional modes and more.
Vail VR is out now on the Meta Quest platform via App Lab and Steam for $20.
