E3 2017: How And When to Watch The Biggest Conferences

E3 is finally upon us. One of the biggest events on the gaming calendar is back for another week of announcements, press conferences, demos, and interviews. The next seven days are going to be some of the busiest of the year for VR, and you won’t want to miss a beat.

Fortunately, you won’t have to.

UploadVR is your one stop shop for all things VR spinning out of the LA Convention Center this year. We’re going to be roaming the show floor getting hands-on with the latest games and tech as well as bringing you every update as they break. We’re expecting VR to be bigger than ever at this year’s show, and that includes the many press conferences about to descend upon us. We’ve already told you what we think is going to happen next week, now it’s time to find out for good.

We’re going to be streaming several VR-relevant shows on the site, so make sure to check back this weekend and beyond. Here’s when you need to tune in…

EA – Saturday, June 10th, 12pm PDT/3pm EDT/8pm BST

Does EA have any VR goodies in store for us at this year’s show? Is Star Wars: Battlefront 2 really set to support PlayStation VR? We might not find out at this show, but it will be worth watching all the same.

Microsoft – Sunday, June 11th, 2pm PDT/5pm EDT/10pm BST

Microsoft may not be talking about Project Scorpio’s VR capabilities, but this is still a console that will one day support the tech. Don’t miss the company’s full reveal of one of the biggest releases of the year.

Bethesda – Sunday, June 11th, 9pm PDT/12am EDT/5am BST (Monday)

Three simple words: Fallout 4 VR. Whatever else Bethesda has in store for E3 this year can wait; we’re dying to head back to the wasteland to get to grips with one of the biggest games of this generation in VR.

Intel and PC Gamer Show – Monday, June 12, 10AM PDT/1pm EDT/6pm BST

This year’s PC Gaming conference is poised to have more VR than usual, at least that’s what the organizers of the show claim. We still don’t have a firm grasp on what VR content will actually be shown this year but you should expect to see at least some new footage of titles like Killing Floor: Incursion.

Ubisoft – Monday, June 12th, 1pm PDT/4pm EDT/9pm BST

Ubisoft likes to support new technologies, and it’s already released some of VR’s best games yet. The question for its press conference this year is quite simply this: what else have you got?

Sony – Monday, June 12th, 6pm PDT/9pm EDT/2am BST (Tuesday)

PlayStation VR has had a rock solid start and Sony will hopefully capitalize on that on Monday night with some brand new games to look forward to. We’re expecting a lot of news from Sony here so don’t miss it.

Make sure you stick around the rest of the week for all the latest on VR gaming and check out our E3 news hub for all of the latest. We’ll see you then!

Update: The Intel and PC Gamer Show was missing when this article was first published.
