A hearty week of releases for PSVR this week. Zen Studios’ CastleStorm gets the console VR treatment for the first time, and there’s the next release from the team at Uber Entertainment.

CastleStorm VR Edition, from Zen Studios
Price: $14.99
The VR version of Zen Studios’ title makes its way from Rift and Gear over to PSVR. Two armies trade blows in mighty battles. Build up castles and watch them get torn out with Lego-like physics. Now you can do it all from inside a VR headset.
Recommendation: If you’re a CastleStorm fan already then this is a treat. However, the VR version doesn’t feel like a huge upgrade.
Dino Frontier, from Uber Entertainment
Price: $29.99
The developers of Wayward Sky return to PSVR with this town-building simulation set in the Wild West. Build out a settlement, take care of your townspeople, and defend them from incoming bandits until you can take out their king. Oh yeah, and there’s dinosaurs.
Recommendation: Dino Frontier has a charming concept but it’s too light on depth and content.
VRog, from ByteRockers Games
Price: £6.49 (EU Only)
VRog has been around on PC VR for a while, but we’re happy to see it get a PSVR port. Get across the pond, eating flies with your giant tongue. Watch out for approach birds that will want to scoop you up.
Recommendation: A fun distraction, if not much else.
