Sony revealed it is offering a free update to its Wipeout Omega Collection in early 2018 that will add VR to the racing game.
The Omega Collection released earlier this year as a collection of three different games — Wipeout HD, Wipeout HD Fury and Wipeout 2048.
The addition of VR to the game is an interesting update as it could be a pretty intense experience. In fact, Sony even joked about that intensity on stage during its PlayStation Experience event.
“You’ll have to supply your own air sickness bags,” said Shawn Layden, CEO of Sony Interactive Entertainment America. “We can’t give you any help with that.”
