Neurogaming is one of the primary “XTechnologies” being showcased at the conference. These are, “technologies that directly improve the human experience.  XTech products combine digital technology with advances in neuroscience to improve human performance, including neurogaming applications,” according XTech’s chief curator, Zach Lynch.

Neurogaming is the term for this combined physical and technological phenomenon that the conference further describes as being “a very useful description for many applications, whether ‘therapeutic neurogaming’, ‘wellness neurogaming’, ‘educational neurogaming’ or ‘entertainment neurogaming.'”

XTech 2016 is bringing together those that stand at the crossroads of human potential and emerging technologies. These new frontiers include: “digital reality systems – virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR) and mixed reality (MR), artificial intelligence and deep learning algorithms, advanced robotics, and a wide variety of new sensor technologies.”
