Learn more about the Design and Prototype with ARKit event taking place in San Francisco December 8 – 10, 2017

WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT:

In this workshop, we will explore what it takes to create an ARKit project from an idea to a great user experience. We will cover the basics of AR, and the differences between mobile AR, headset AR, and VR. We will also dive deep into the mindset necessary to quickly build an AR application, without getting bogged down by rapid prototyping and development.

OUR APPROACH:

We’ll approach the process of making ARKit applications from a scrappy, product-focused, hacker perspective rather than an academic one. The purpose of this workshop is to give you the tools and processes you need to get great AR products built. Talk less – build more!

We will cover strategy around designing and developing for a new medium with scarce documentation. How we avoid various pitfalls and trouble shoot on our own, so we can become independent, self-reliant AR builders.
