Anyone that’s been following the consumer technology market over the past year knows that the future arrived in 2016. With the launch of the Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, and PlayStation VR (PSVR) we saw the dawn of real, bonafide, virtual reality headsets with enough power and comfort to transport users to other worlds. It’s incredible stuff.
Now in 2017 we’re entering the maturation stage of the industry and there’s more impressive experimentation and bold creativity than ever before. UploadVR is on the ground this weekend at Virtual Reality Los Angeles (VRLA) at one of the largest and longest-running VR expos in the nation. In addition to launching our LA-based office space, we’re also checking out everything that exhibitors and industry professionals have on display at this year’s show.
